I can't watch ads ?

There are many different reasons why you may not be able to load the rewarded ads.

The following troubleshooting steps may be able to resolve some common issues;

1. Test different networks

   Try switching to a different wifi network orswitch to using data

2. Check for firewall or VPN

    Firewalls and VPN's can affect which ads get shown. Check if you have a firewall or VPN active on your chosen network

3. Change your DNS

    An possible issue may be that your internet service provider is not able to properly resolve the internet name of the ad         providers.

To try to resolve this, you can change your domain name server (DNS) to either Google's domain name server (8.8.8.8) or Cloudflare's Domain Name Server (1.1.1.1)
